We need enough homes per street to run a route efficiently. If yours doesn't hit the minimum by launch, you're simply never charged — no harm done.
How often do you clean?
Monthly, on your trash pickup day.
Can I do quarterly cleanings instead of monthly?
Yes. During pre-launch, we're focusing on filling our monthly founders routes first. After you reserve your founders spot, just reply to your confirmation email if you prefer quarterly service and we'll adjust your plan before we run your first charge.
Is it sanitary? Where does the dirty water go?
We use a hot-water pressure wash, then sanitize and deodorize. All wastewater is fully contained and disposed of legally — never left on your street.
