These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bubbly Bins founding-member landing page at founders.bubblybinswv.com and our text messaging program. By using this page, reserving a founding-member spot, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these terms.

About founding-member reservations

Bubbly Bins is a residential trash- and recycling-bin cleaning service launching in October 2026 in Fairmont, Bridgeport & Morgantown, WV. This page lets you reserve a founding-member spot before launch. Reservations are completed through our scheduling and payment provider, Jobber, and are subject to its terms. Founding-member pricing and offers are described at the time of reservation and are subject to availability; we may modify or discontinue the offer before launch.

SMS & text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Bubbly Bins — including through the reservation process handled by our provider, Jobber — you agree to receive text messages from us under the terms below.

• Program: Bubbly Bins text messaging.
• What we send: reservation and appointment reminders and confirmations; quote, invoice, and payment notifications; service updates and follow-ups; replies to your support questions; and occasional account- or service-related updates.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive a single confirmation and we'll stop texting that number.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this page only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbly Bins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this page or our text messaging program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of West Virginia.
